Staying Motivated in Learning
1. You should develop practical expectations for yourself plus set your own targets and make a positive attitude to learning and getting your qualifications.
2. It is necessary for you to make a list of your motivators for realizing your academic aims: external (money, parents, or grades), internal (desire to learn mastery of material,) and some other personal reasons.
3. Make a promise regarding when you are going work on your assignment. Be exact about when you plan to fulfil it and set the date for beginning the task on your calendar when you will watch it every day. Then hold to your promise.
4. Break down large assignments into much smaller pieces and work on this task a little at once; determine dates for fulfilling every part.
5. When you are considering your assignments difficult, finish small and easier tasks at first to build your self-assurance.
6. Ask for assistance when you do not comprehend an assignment. Getting explanation from your tutor or lecturer can turn you back on the correct track and reduce frustration.
7. You should find ways in order to relate class material and tasks to your future career or life.
8. Find ways to cope with diverting personal problems, which are making it hast for you to concentrate on your educational work.
